At the peak & root of a mountain, 2021
My journey began as a mathematician with a deep dive into the world of functions and logic, but after a year of military service in 2018, I thought something was missing from my life. Driven by a thirst for deeper meaning and social skills, I embarked on a personal odyssey across Europe as a president of the European student organization, leading me to the heart of human connection. This social and spiritual transformation ignited my life-long passion for helping others to find their unique paths, and thus I steered my career towards communications and coaching.
As my understanding of human spirit grew, so did the concern of the well-being of the planet. Through my master’s degree in Organizational Communication, I delved into world of business and sustainability, discovering profound connections between human health and the health of our ecosystems. Water, I realized, is at the center of it all, a vital force, that shapes us and our world. By connecting the human and planetary health through water, I aim to bring truly sustainable and holistic action to organizational health, that scales from individuals all the way up to our planetary ecosystems.
My 2020 was supposed to be a journey outward—an exchange trip to China to find a new perspective. Instead, the global pandemic locked me down in Helsinki, forcing me to take a journey inward. It turned out to be the exact journey I needed.
This forced stillness became a space for deep reflection. I began to meditate, and in that quiet, I asked myself a critical question: "What is something so normal and embedded in my personality that I don't even see it, but that holds immense value for others?" I was searching for my gift, the foundation for my work.
The answer had been there all along. Since I was a child, I’ve had a profound interest in others. I was always the listener in the conversation, the good student absorbing the world. My own observant nature made me deeply value inclusion, and I found myself naturally creating space for others to share their experience. In my meditations, I had a profound realization: I’ve been coaching people my entire life.
Pursuing an international coaching certification was the next logical step, and it was a powerful confirmation. The program's core principles—deep listening, facilitating instead of mentoring, and championing an individual's own voice—were the exact skills I had been honing instinctively.
After graduating, I knew my mission was to help people navigate the complex integration of the spiritual and the material, a challenge I had been wrestling with myself since 2018.
Now, as a coach in 2026, my mission is clear. I see coaching as vital preventive care in a world of constant change. We all struggle to find focus and maintain our grip amidst the chaos. My role isn't just to ease that mental burden; it's to help you build momentum toward your goals, big or small. My journey has equipped me with the tools to provide a stable, supportive space, and I am here to help you stabilize, focus, and finally live the life you truly want to live.
